MostHost ships products digitally. We do not send any items to physical addresses, but rather through electronic delivery. Many of our products are 'instantly activated.' This means upon completion of your order, you will be able to access your product/service immediately. Any product/service that is not listed as instant activation will be delivered within 24 hours (unless specifically stated otherwise.) If your product has not been delivered within 24 hours, you can submit a ticket through our support system.

Return/Refund Policy

MostHost wants you to be happy with your product. Website hosting products/services come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not happy with your website hosting product/service, simply cancel within 30 days and receive your money back. Domain registration products are not refundable under any circumstances, due to third party rules.

Cancellation

All services/products are billed in advance. You can cancel before the next billing period by submitting a ticket through the client management interface.
